We’re searching for young people with an environmental idea to join our global fellowship. If you’re aged between 16 to 28 and you want to create change with your planet-positive project or idea, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. I do sometimes wish I had sought the council of others that have been in the situation before me more often. It focuses the mind and provides an element of clarity. It's in those moments that I feel you grow the most. I've definitely made mistakes and will ultimately continue to do so. Growing an agency having never had a 'real' job is definitely a steep learning curve. In the 7 years since I started the business there have definitely been tough moments, more than I would like to remember. However, it was an element of self-doubt that prompted looking a little deeper into this. We worked on some great projects for organisations like COAT Paints, Gloucester Rugby, Glamorgan Cricket, Public Health Wales, Admiral Group Plc, Merrell, Mallows Beauty and many more. □ Grew annual revenue by over 170% vs 2021 Last night I found myself reflecting on 2022 and what was achieved, it was a pretty nuts year for myself and Populate Social.
